Timo Townsend

Founder, Meridian Ridge

I grew up and worked around renaissance festivals, with experience in busy hospitality, restaurants, and amusement parks.

I’ve also spent plenty of time on the guest side at concerts, music festivals, raves, and other large events.

Talking with guests, staff, vendors, operators, and security has taught me to look at the same situation from more than one side.

That’s the perspective I bring to your operation: curiosity about the details and respect for the people making it all happen.

The small details matter to the person experiencing them.

I kept noticing useful feedback scattered across conversations, comments, and teams. I started Meridian Ridge to help connect it and put it to work.

My aim is to give you a clearer view and practical next steps that respect the demands you already manage.
